Massachusetts weather is often the bane of my existence, but sometimes it all just comes together - nature really outdid herself for Sophie and Jim's fall engagement session at Wellesley College. This session was extra fun for me because both Sophie and I went to school here! We didn't know each other while we were there, but she found me through an alumni group we're both a part of; I've received so much support from our alumni network and it's always special when I get to work with Wellesley women.
Since we both spent four years of life on this campus, Sophie and I both knew all the good spots to get the best shots. The lake that borders the campus has tons of little nooks and crannies with seating areas and groves of pretty trees. The air was crispy but there was no wind and clear skies, truly the perfect conditions. Jim twirled Sophie in front of the willows and Sophie showed him all of her old haunts, it was very cool to witness her showing the person she loved a place that was so important to her (and me!). I was so happy with the way these came out and I can't wait to see what's in store for these two.
